Seasoned Citizens
Who says being a senior, means life slows down? To keep these “seasoned” citizens thriving, we are dedicated in making sure they have the necessary means to stay healthy and aware. This program aims to keep elders informed on housing, meals, mental health awareness, and fitness. Monthly social activities will be held to keep them fit and stay grooving. Individuals will also have the opportunity to participate in quarterly well check-ins by certified health providers.
